About Marc

With a passion for hospitality, team leadership and service excellence, Marc's hospitality journey started early on at Starbucks. Ever since, he's been driven to succeed. Marc's knack for coaching and mentoring his team, coupled with his ability to push boundaries with fresh, innovative ideas make him the perfect fit for the next generation Tower Club Fort Lauderdale. Marc was born and raised in Southern California, graduating from California State University of Long Beach. After managing Luna Grill and being recruited by Halal Guys to open seven brick and mortar restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County, a management training opportunity with Hillstone Restaurant Group took him from Southern California South Florida. In pursuit of further professional development in hospitality, Mark managed the Grill at Bal Harbour and Houston's Boca Raton.

Born in Connecticut, my professional journey began in the mortgage industry delivering exceptional service and supporting my customers financial goals. My affinity for sales led me to pursue a degree from Albertus Magmus in New Haven Connecticut. Searching for new avenues for growth and a place to establish my career, my journey took me to South Florida, where I joined Supreme Lending. In South Florida I embraced my ability to build relationships and be a community connector. Stepping into the Tower Club Fort Lauderdale as the Membership Director, I bring a unique blend of dedication, creativity, and innovation to the world of membership. Fueled by a passion for pushing boundaries and embracing fresh ideas, I am dedicated to enhancing our members and helping them grow with Fort Lauderdale. As Tower Club quickly approaches its 50th anniversary in 2024, I am honored to promote Tower Club membership. I believe in the power of connecting people and building relationships that ultimately enrich our lives.
