The Resolution Solution: February Fitness Program 4 weeks | $199 per person This February, take control of your health with the The Resolution Solution fitness plan. If staying on track with your goals feels harder as the weeks go by, we’re here to help you maintain your momentum. Join us for 2 small group training sessions per week (choose from Monday & Wednesday at 5 PM or Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 AM), or follow a personalized program delivered directly to your phone, complete with coaching and accountability. We’ll also provide 2 workshops focused on recovery and nutrition, giving you the knowledge to support your body in the long term. NEW GolfFit - Amanda
Do you want to eliminate aches and pains after a round of golf? Do you want to hit the golf ball further? Do you want the energy to play as much golf as you want? Well now you can with our Golf Fit program. Each golf fitness session will follow the TPI model of Mobility, Stability, and Power by targeting the muscles you use in the golf swing. After going through a brief movement screen, you will receive a more individualized approach to your golf game. Playing better golf has never been easier!
