ALL CAMPS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION! Belmont Adventure Camp We are excited to offer 6 action-packed weeks of camp programming this summer! Every week, Belmont’s Kids’ Adventure Camp will feature themed sports and activities, including golf and tennis, all designed to help kids ages 5-11 learn new skills, build friendships, and have a blast. Yoga for Longevity with Yvonne Join us in these virtual classes as we experience the ancient wisdom and depth of Yoga, (to include posture, breath, sound, and mindfulness) and explore the seamless integration of yoga with the emerging Longevity Science on increasing Healthspan. Varied and creative practices will be taught to address strength, balance, and flexibility and target the "aging accelerators" …loss of mobility, posture degradation, toxic build-up, hand, feet, and lower body weakness, cognitive agility decline, energy reduction, and stress amplification.
